Support Analyst

Role Overview
You are a self-motivated, team-oriented Support Analyst who can help resolve technical queries and issues, resolving problems in a timely manner, and providing technical recommendations. To be successful, you must have excellent customer service skills with a thorough understanding of various IT issues and solutions.


  • Provide support with Dynamics 365 sales professional and support integrations
  • Collaborate with team members to design, create, and organize PowerApp forms that support efficient business process workflows
  • Understand and document as-is and to-be business processes and be a key contributor in designing solutions
  • Work with IT team members, as required, to create custom solutions
  • Act as the subject-matter-expert and help with end user setup, support, and troubleshooting
  • Establish and clearly document requirements, develop use cases, test plans, create end user documentation and training materials and demonstrations
  • Provide Customer Support for ongoing clients including
    • attending calls
    • log and triage issues
    • Handle escalations manage expectations

Required Skills

  • Proficient in using Dynamic 365 and Power platform
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills including the ability to tailor communications to the receiving audience
  • Proven ability to problem-solve and identify system solutions
  • Solid knowledge of advanced printer/peripheral device troubleshooting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision
  • Exceptional customer service skills

Experience and/or Education Qualifications We Like

  • 2-3 years of experience as an end-user desktop support role
  • Hands-on experience with computers, hardware components, software issues, and network technologies
  • Experience with Windows Operating System

Additional Notes

This is an hybrid-remote position. The successful candidate will need to be physically present in the office at least two days a week. Other days can be worked remotely with the approval and discretion of your manager
